5. Buses Due by Lama apps
If you live in, or are visiting London – you’ll surely need this app. Planning your route is an important part of traversing London. It’s an awful feeling to round a corner and see your bus drive off before you can reach the bus stop. Thankfully, Buses Due tells you when the bus is arriving (3min, 6min, etc) and you can even pin your normal bus stop(s) to the homescreen, which is great if you need to see those times in a hurry.
6. Meme Viewer by Manumit the Mind
I love memes. Whether it’s the Success Kid or Socially Awkward Penguin, they really can make you laugh on a grim day. This app has countless pages of memes to page through to keep you occupied, and numb some brain cells. A must-have app for your Windows Phone users that spend a lot of time on public transport.
7. Damn You Autocorrect by Crazy-hot solutions
The only other thing, apart from memes, which makes me laugh while using my Windows Phone are people’s autocorrect failures. This app is nicely laid out, and is constantly updated with new content. You can bookmark favorites and save them to your phone, as well as share them with social networks straight from the app itself.
8. Wikipedia by Rudy Hyun
No other Wikipedia app on all the marketplace is as good as this one. Firstly, its layout is close to perfect. Secondly, it’s incredibly easy to search for and read articles. You can also bookmark articles to read later – while on the bus or train. This app is fluider than the Wikipedia mobile site, and other Wikipedia apps, and I recommend you download it now.
