John Carmack has already used and endorsed this tech which looks to revolutionize the gaming world in the near future. As opposed to the expensive gaming goggles you find that look like you’re staring at a faraway screen, the Oculus Rift provides the most immersive experience ever. It finally looks like virtual reality is coming to our homes.
Doom 3: BFG Edition is already fully compatible with the Oculus Rift but once the dev kits are out, you can expect a lot more games to support it. There are already some FPS and RPG games in development for when it’s eventually released.
