With London Comic Con 2014 now in my rear-view mirror, I thought I’d take some time to highlight the highs and lows of my experience. As the doors were to open at 9am sharp, I hightailed it there and arrived at about 8am to skip the queues.
There hasn’t been much in the way of news since the announcement of Attack on Titan receiving a 3DS game, but we’ve finally been spoiled with a bit more news thanks to the October issue of Kodansha’s Bessatsu Shōnen Magazine
So one of my all-time favorite anime’s now has a fan-made game. Some awesome developer has put an Attack on Titan game together using the Unity Engine. The game is clearly still in beta but it’s exciting to have something to mess around with, and it’s pretty challenging too.
Sword Art Online took us into a virtual world and captivated our imaginations from the get go. Very rarely does an anime build up such a huge crowd this quickly, but SAO is no ordinary anime. Based on a manga series from the creator of the popular Accel Word series, SAO is the lovechild of games and manga, that’s done just right!
