Skyrim, one of the greatest games ever made, sees numerous mods being released daily but this particular one is getting a lot of attention (with good reason). With an amazing story and professional presentation, Falskaar is a must-play mod for all Skyrim fans.
Alexander J. Velicky created a mod called Falskaar which is a 20-hour long add-on story for Skyrim. Complete with voice acting for NPCs, this mod has 9 storylines and 17 side quests to keep you busy. Velicky spent over 2000 hours to create this story with the hope of landing himself a job with Bethesda.
He said: “The best way to show Bethesda Game Studios that I want a job there and should be hired is to create content that meets the standards of their incredible development team.”
The mod adds a neighboring continent which is 1/3 the size of Skyrim’s and the writing for the NPCs accurately portrays the Nordic wording that we’re so used to. All in all, this is easily one of the best mods I’ve had the privilege of playing and I hope that Bethesda takes note of the brilliant mind behind it.
